VINIFICATION

The grapes are hand-harvested into 20 kg boxes, then destemmed and crushed.The must is immediately separated from the skins and undergoes spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Deep pink in colour; well-structured, with a rich, enveloping palate supported by good freshness and a persistent finish. On the nose, aromas of small red berries are complemented by balsamic notes.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

Ideal with pasta dishes, risottos, white meats and fish.
